Individual supervision
The supervision is about the consideration and reflection of professional action and institutional structures. As a systemic supervisor, I accompany you in an appreciative, resource-oriented and impartial manner on your path to professional personal development.
Depending on the work context, I offer case supervision, order-related, process-oriented supervision or a mixture. I understand you as the expert of your own person and your work and myself as a supporter of this work by taking an external perspective in a dialogical process. This allows communication and interaction patterns in relation to individual, professional and institutional
issues are made visible and then change processes are initiated. My aim is also to shed light on aspects that are normally not seen or valued, which can often lead to new solutions.
In addition, I keep an eye on the interactions between your person, your role, your function, the assignment and the organization in which you work in order to identify opportunities for growth or possibilities for necessary changes.

Group and team supervision
In the supervisory work with groups or teams, it is very important to me to recognize each individual member's individual learning and growth needs and to consider them in the interactions with the group / team in order to be able to propose solutions for the individual as well as also to work out for the group / team.
My supervisory stance is impartial, context-sensitive and appreciative. I respect the gender perspective and the principles of diversity.
As in individual supervision, I see the group / team members as experts on their own person and of their work and understand
my role as a supporter of this work by taking an outside perspective with regard to individual, professional and institutional questions. Reflection and the development of solutions takes place collaboratively and in the context of interactions within the group / team and the organizational structures. It is about recognizing communication and interaction patterns that are recognized as resources or identified as potential for change, and about further growth of the group of the team and the individual.
